As the new day begins, imagine yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful, serene lake. The early morning sun casts a soft, warm glow across the sky, painting it with hues of pink and orange. The air around you is fresh and invigorating. Take a deep breath in, filling your lungs with this clean, energizing air. As you exhale, feel more relaxed and present.

With each breath, imagine the warmth of the sun gently touching your skin, filling you with a sense of peace and possibility. The calm waters of the lake mirror the sky, reflecting your thoughts and feelings of hope and optimism for the day ahead.

Now, visualize a path that leads from the edge of the lake into a lush, green forest. This path represents your journey through the day.
