Gratitude
If there’s one thing that’s helped me shift how I feel, especially on the harder days, it’s gratitude. Honestly, it’s not about pretending everything’s perfect. It’s about noticing what is good, right here and now. And that small shift changes everything.
Keeping a gratitude journal has become one of my simplest but most powerful tools. A warm cup of tea, a kind word, a patch of sunshine, when I write those little things down, it’s like the day softens a bit, even on the tough ones.
It might sound cliché, but it really is a game changer.

The more I lean into gratitude, the more I notice those lovely, quiet moments I might’ve rushed past before. It’s not about big gestures—it’s the everyday stuff that builds a life that feels more peaceful, more grounded… more you.

And the lovely thing? Gratitude is contagious. The more you practise it, the more others around you feel it too. It becomes a quiet ripple of joy, gently changing the tone of your day, and often, someone else’s too.
I’ve put together a few gentle resources below to help you invite more gratitude into your daily life—no pressure, just ideas that have helped me. Whether you’re feeling up, down, or somewhere in between, there’s always something to notice, something to appreciate.
Let’s start there.
